Q: I am keen to try a Breathwork session but is it helpful to just have one?
A: Sometimes one session is enough and can help, depending on the outcome. Each situation, and person, is individual.

Q: I am feeling a little anxious about my Breath session?
A: Yes, this is not unusual, as you are allowing yourself ‘you’ time and an opportunity to get clear on what is/is not working in your life. It takes courage to go on a journey of self discovery.
Q: Is there any preparation I should do before I come to my Breath session?
A: It may be helpful for you to know that you are in charge of how deep you want to explore, and what you want support with.

Q: What should I wear to the session?
A: Wear comfortable clothing and nothing tight or restrictive around your ribs or neck area. Remove any dangling jewellery that may disturb in the session.
