After an initial chat about the desired outcome or insight, you will be asked to lie down comfortably. You will be brought to an awareness of your breathing pattern.

During the session you will breathe actively and consciously. In this time you may experience physical sensations, pictures or images of recent or past events, feelings or thoughts about people and/or situations. You will be guided and supported as you begin to understand the reasons your body and mind holds onto these experiences, memories, feelings and thoughts.

Through sourcing and releasing unconscious limiting beliefs and suppressed emotions you can develop greater clarity and enthusiasm for life.
I will, where necessary and welcomed, support you to release or reframe the experiences and negative beliefs that are holding you back.
